Final Assignment - Due December 10

I am giving you an extra week to create your final presentation - I need to know in advance of any problems with the due date.

Use Jing Free Version to create a video presentation - link here
  • Choose any topic that interests you - or you need to research for another course
  • I suggest that you use Google Alerts to get info sent to you - on the topic
  • Create a Jing presentation that gives us a brief on the topic - minimum 10 slides, excluding your intro/name slide.
  • Embed the Jing in your blog
  •  Include a poll gadget, after you embed the Jing - to let visitors to your blog vote on what they think of your presentation.
Do you need some ideas?  Here are some HOT topics in hospitality
Looking forward to creative + fun presentations.
